Douglas Otto Piper was born September 30, 1946, in Kansas City, Mo. He died Saturday, January 1, 2022, in Shawnee, Okla., at the age of 75 years.
Piper was preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Pauline Piper.
Survivors include his brother Frankie and sisterin-law Debbie Garner of Colorado, his long-time friend Carlotta Thompson and other family and friends.
A graveside funeral will be 2 p.m., Saturday, January 8, 2022, at the Rossville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
