The Chandler Public Library purchased several new books in February including “Abandoned in Death” by J.D. Robb, “Find Me” by Alafair Burke, “Her Hidden Genius” by Marie Benedict, “Horsewoman” by James Patterson, “Invisible” by Danielle Steel, “Starless Crown” by James Rollins, “Targeted” by Stephen Hunter, “One Step Too Far” by Lisa Gardner and large print book “Line to Kill” by Anthony Horow itz.
Also new is Max Lucado’s updated “3:16 Numbers of Hope” with additional material to help people coping with the pandemic for the last two years. We also added the young adult book “City of the Dead” a Maximum Ride/Hawk book by James Patterson and children’s books “Bedtime for Sweet Creatures” and “Off to See the Sea” both by Nikki Grimes.
Library hours are Mon day through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. The library is at the corner of 11th and Manvel in Chandler.
