A Prague man is facing two felonies and two misdemeanors after he was arrested recently by a highway patrol trooper west of Prague in Lincoln County.
Formal charges were filed April 19 in Lincoln County District Court against Charles Lee Earl Joseph, 33.
The felonies he faces include driving while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated second and subsequent offense after former conviction of a felony and child endangerment by DUI after conviction of two or more felonies.
The misdemeanor counts are driving with license suspended or revoked and failure to stop for yield sign.
Bond was set at $15,000 and his initial appearance is scheduled for June 2.
State Trooper Conner Fryrear, in a probable cause affidavit, stated that Joseph “blew at .23 BAC” when administered a Breathalyzer test.
Count 1 accuses Joseph on April 16 of operating a 2002 GMC Yukon on a public highway at 3500 Rd. and U.S. 62 in Lincoln County while he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
