Lincoln County commissioners this week voted to participate in two settlement agreements and reaffirmed the exempt status of its emergency management director.
Commissioners agreed to participate in the Oklahoma Distributors Oklahoma Settlement Agreement and the Multi District Settlement Agreement and also in the Mallinckrodt Bankruptcy.
They also agreed the Emergency Management Director is an exempt position.
Commissioners, after the session, took no action on applicant requirements and salary pay for a new Safety Director. Later in the meeting, they took no action to hire a Safety Director.
They authorized an application for the Oklahoma Water Resource Board ARPA Grant program.
