Lincoln County Commissioner’s meeting

Lincoln County commissioners this week accepted a quote for repair and maintenance of air conditioning over the Courthouse area. The motion also included paying for it with money from the Courthouse Improvement fund.

The amount is $4,800 from Breeding Heat and Air Co. of Chandler.

Commissioners also approved applying for Attorney General Opioid Abatement Grant awards. County Clerk Alicia Wagnon said the Attorney General has $23 million available for Abatement grants statewide.

The commissioners voted to approve a quote from Apprentice for the OSU Extension lease office I.T. package.

Commissioners approved creating a Purchase Order to pay E-911 payroll, but it won’t be paid until the next meeting, pending the outcome of an audit that was to be released earlier this week.

They once again took no action on a contract with Flintco on the jail remodeling and expansion project.

In other business, commissioners: Approved a Memorandum of Understanding for Chandler, Wellston and Meeker.

Rejected the lone bid for a Blue 1995 Chevrolet Medical Bus with motor issues and not running.

Approved the purchase of shelving from Fastenal for the OSU Extension Conex and determine which account it will be paid from.
