In the larceny case, Linnhunber is accused on Sep. 19, 2023 of taking and carrying away a stealth of controlled dangerous substance, Adderall, Xanax, and/or Oxycodone that belonged to Mary Johnson and without her consent with the intent to deprive her of it permanently.

In a probable cause affidavit, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Sgt. Larry Stover, Jr., states he was dispatched to 352308 East 1030 Road, Prague in Lincoln County around 8:39 a.m. on Sep. 20 this year.

The call was in reference to the reporting party’s son stealing her medication and being under the influence.

Stover said he made contact with the reporting party, Mary Johnson, who was waiting for him to arrive. She informed Stover her son Joseph Linnhuber had borrowed her car.

Johnson explained to Stover that she keeps her medication in the vehicle just in case she needs it while she is out and that her Xanax, Adderall and possibly other medication was missing.
