A $75,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chandler woman who faces two felony charges.
Kimberlyn Joy Blacksher, 52, was formally charged Aug. 12 in Lincoln County District Court with trafficking in illegal drugs and possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. The $75,000 bench warrant was issued for the trafficking in illegal drugs and a $10,000 bench warrant was issued for the CDS count.
Supplemental information filed by Assistant District Attorney Kelly Trimble shows that Blacksher has been convicted previously of at least 15 felonies in multiple counties.
In Count 1, Blacksher is accused on Dec. 12, 2023 of possessing one gram or more of Fentanyl , a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Count 2 charges her on the same day of having in her possession and under her control Methamphetamine, a CDS.
The supplemental information filed shows Blacksher was convicted in Lincoln County District Court on Nov.15, 2016 of possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, of Conspiracy, and seven counts of second degree forgery.
On Feb. 25, 2004, in Tulsa County District Court, she was convicted of possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of CDS, and two counts of uttering a forged instrument.
In Payne County District Court, on Jan. 16, 2004, Blacksher was convicted of two counts of CDS.
