At this year’s Red Angus Jr. National Show, Meeker High senior Devyn Frazier made a statement in the show ring. Competing in the Red Angus division at the Red Angus Youth Expo, she claimed 6th Overall Senior Showman and earned the title of Division Champion.
The competition, located in Springfield, Missouri brings together top junior exhibitors from across the U.S. Devyn’s achievement in securing a top‐ten overall placement is impressive with a natural showmanship that stood out to judges.
Frazier’s performance represented Meeker FFA, and her own livestock very well. Leadership and work ethic is not new to Frazier - she has always worked hard, and the effort that is put in is truly remarkable.
In addition to her accomplishments, Frazier’s leadership role in her hometown shows her community’s trust. As president of the Meeker FFA officer team for the upcoming year, she continues to demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, and dedication.
Devyn’s younger sister, Brooklyn, placed Third Overall Junior Showman and a Reserve Division Champion with her Percentage Red Angus Heifer. Both girls have put in the time and work to make this showing season successful.
As Devyn prepares to graduate next spring, this latest accomplishment will be among the many headlines of her high school career.
