The Prague Assistant Police Chief who faces 26 total charges of physical child sexual and physical abuse against minors has continued to enter a not guilty plea with additional time for further pleading. According to records, the state did not object to more time to enter a pleading and waived objection to any out of time motion filings. District Judge Sarah Bridge received the plea and continued the matter for felony disposition and motion hearing until 2 p.m. Jan. 6, 2026. Jeffrey Louis Frisbie, 55, longtime Prague police officer and his wife Kimberly Ann Frisbie, 50, were formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on Sep. 25, 2024. The couple was arrested by officers on Sep. 10, 2024.Between them, the Frisbies now face a total of 43 counts.
