The Agra School Board held its regular monthly meeting on Feb. 9, where it approved a geothermal HVAC project.
It also approved an agreement with the purchasing system TOPS, payroll and encumbrances.
The Board went into executive session from 6:32 p.m. to 7:58 p.m. to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any salaried officer or employee. Those present during this session outside of the school board were Superintendent Jeff Kelly, Mr. Schinnerer, Mrs. Watson and Mr. Golliver.
No action was taken on the discussions once the board returned from executive session. The board also did not take any action on bids for the roofing project.
