An Oklahoma National Guard Heritage Trail sign was unveiled on Saturday, June13, near Tilghman Park in Chandler. The six-by-four-foot sign contains photographs and information on the State Camp, Maneuver Grounds and Rifle Range in the area, and how all the spaces looked in 1909. It caps off a project led by local resident Howard Dickman to have Chandler recognizd officially as the hometown of the Oklahoma National Guard.
