Local residents gather together to march down Manvel Avenue in Chandler on Saturday, June 20, in celebration of Juneteenth. Citizens for the Improvement of Chandler held a special gathering on the lawn of the Lincoln County Courthouse to kickoff the event, which included song, dance, poetry and speeches.
