Chandler Police
The Chandler Police Department responded to the following.
Sunday, Jan. 12 Ofc. Hawkins was dispatched to Atwoods in reference to a larceny of merchandise. The incident was recorded on video surveillance and is under investigation.
Thursday, Jan. 16 Ofc. Hawkins stopped a driver at 12th and Iowa streets for a defective brake light. Bruce Miller was arrested for driving under suspension and having no insurance. The vehicle was impounded.
Ofc. Hawkins was dispatched to an apartment on Brandon Road in reference to larceny of medication.
Ofc. Hawkins stopped a driver at Eighth and Dewey streets for a defective third brake light. Passenger Jeffrey Fehr was arrested on a municipal warrant for driving under suspension.
Friday, Jan. 17 Ofc. Mustard responded to a single-vehicle accident at Keith Duncan Drive and W. First Street involving Sharkira Breshea Moore of Lawton.
Sunday, Jan. 19 Ofc. Mustard stopped a driver on First Street for failure to dim headlights. With Ofc. Batman assisting, Jodie A. Jones was arrested for failure to dim headlights, driving under suspension and possession of paraphernalia. Passenger Gene A. McCuan was arrested on a Lincoln County misdemeanor warrant. The vehicle was impounded.
Ofc. Berry arrested Randa Tonubbee near Fifth St. and Bennett Blvd. for false personation of another creating liability and two City of Chandler warrants.
Ofc. Berry clocked a driver on Keith Duncan Drive going 62 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone. After the driver, Robert Samuel Nichols, pulled over on Rozell, he was arrested for reckless driving and driving without a driver’s license.
