Carl Ray Williams was born to Altha and Ercella (Coleman) Wilson on September 27, 1940, in Stroud. He died Thursday, January 30, 2020, in Sparks at the age of 79 years.
Williams served in the United States Army and he worked for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Dale Williams, and his sister Phyllis Ann Williams. Survivors include his brothers, Charles Williams,

A funeral service was held Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at Church of the Nazarene in Davenport with Pastor Jordan Serracino officiating. Services were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
