Flanagan was born to Robert Elvin Sr. and Saddie (Graham) Flanagan on February 21, 1936, in Dustin, Okla. He died Sunday, February 2, 2020, in Chandler at the age of 83 years.
He served in the United States Army and was a 30-year truck driver for Miller Truck Lines in Stroud.
Preceding him in death were his parents; two sons, Darrell Flanagan and Jeff Flanagan; four brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include his wife Jessie Flanagan of the home, two granddaughters, four great-grandchildren, one brother, five sisters, and other family and friends.
