Michael Seth Knipp was born October 24, 1990, in Chickasha, Okla.
He died Wednesday, March 25, 2020, near Guthrie, Okla. at the age of 29 years.
Knipp, a 2009 graduate of Stroud High School, worked in the oil and gas industry in many positions from electrical to instrumentation fields.
He is survived by his parents, Chris and Tammy Knipp of Stroud and Kara and Chris Smith of Tecumseh, Okla.; his siblings, Jeremee Knipp, Cody Miller and Gehrig Miller, all of Oklahoma City, Christopher Knipp, Chloe Knipp, Teegan Knipp and Baylie Greenhaw, all of Stroud, Taylor Hilbert and husband Kreg of Milfay, Okla., Christopher Smith and Cayla Smith of Tecumseh; six grandparents; and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Kendrick Cemetery in Kendrick, Okla. Final arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
