This upcoming school year students will see a new face on the bus.
The Chandler Board of Education accepted the resignation of bus driver Darolyn Smith and, after a 33 minute executive session, approved the employment of Anna Ellison as a bus driver.
The employment of the following support staff was also approved: Kayla Ainsworth, James Allen, Violet Boggs, Candice Brewer, Tonya Clagg, Shelby Clark, Tracee Cobb, Kristy Cunningham, James Farrow, DeDe Fent, Teresa Fick, Tom Gatlin, Sandra Grady, Sarah Gross, Brenda Hitchcock, Walter Hughey, Jill Lambert, Lee Roy Milburn, Mary Mitchell, Whitney Messer, Lori Molloy, Haley Mooy, Pam Pippin, Donna Price, Amanda Raper, Kelly Robinson, Alisha Sams, Amy Sanchez, Brittani Smith, Shannon Smith, Shelby Smith, Niki Steeley, Angie Tait and Natalie Ussrey.

Approval of the consent agenda.
Approval of the application for temporary appropriations for FY 2020/2021.
Approval of renewing the contract with Opaa! Food Management of Oklahoma for food management services for school year 2020/2021.
Approval of entry into an agreement with the Cooperative council for Oklahoma School Administration (CCOSA) to participate in CCOSA’s Financial Assistance Program for FY 21.
Approval of the agreement for representation between Chandler Public Schools and its board of education and Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold for legal services including but not limited to: legal advice, consultation and representation as requested.
Approval of the contract with the Department of Rehabilitative Services for the 2020/2021 school year.
Approval of the third year agreement of a three year lease between Ross Transportation and Chandler Public Schools for the 2020/2021 school year.
Approval of the contract with Oklahoma Drug & Alcohol Testing, LLC (ODAT) for testing of bus drivers for the 2020/2021 school year.
Approval of the fourth year renewal agreement of the five year lease-purchase of the copying machines for the fiscal year 2020/2021 as required under the provisions of the equipment lease/purchase agreement dated January 6, 2017 between the district and DeLage Landen Public Finance, LLC (Standley Systems).
Approval of the request to add “Class of 2022” to the list of sub accounts in the activity fund for FY 2020/2021 and remove the class of 2018 and The Voice of the Sleep Lion.
Approval of the authorization of Melody Toma to act as the Chandler School District Director of Federal Programs to sign and file all Federal claims beginning July 1, 2020.
Approval of the list of East Side library books as surplus.
Approval of the list of Google Chromebooks as surplus.
