Dana Renee (Rout) Baker was born to David Rout and Carol (Waters) Ward on June 23, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. She died Thursday, June 11, 2020, in Midwest City, Okla., at the age of 56 years.
Baker was a 1981 graduate of Chandler High School.
Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents and her husband Chance Baker.
Survivors include her mother Carol Ward of Davenport; her daughter and son-in-law Jenna (Baker) and Joshua Payne of Chandler; three granddaughters; her brother Dax Alexander of Yukon; her sister Savannah Ward of Davenport; and other fam-ily and friends.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the Christian Church in Chandler with burial following at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler. Pastor Christine Pomaville officiated and arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
