Construction of the south wall wraps up at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
The project of constructing a wall on the south side of the complex started in mid May and has a tentative finish date in mid July.
Lincoln County Fairgrounds Facility Manager Kellie Warrens said the construction company who received the bid was Triple C Concrete and Design.
Six large overhead doors and four handicap accessible doors were placed throughout the length of the wall.
The cost of the bid was $62,000. The director of the Rural Business and Resource Center and Seminole State College Larry Smith donated $55,000 for the project. The rest will be paid by the Lincoln County Fairboard.
Next on the list of renovations include putting in fans, adding emergency lights, constructing a ridge fence and installing a sound system with speakers on the inside and outside.
