Jesus taught only the kingdom of heaven or in other words kingdom of God. By His teaching He taught us how to enter this place where the ways of man are not found. It looks like when we read about Him teaching us to not let our left hand know what our right hand does, we are in other words, not to do things to be seen and heard of man. We have to remember it is the Lord doing all these things to be seen of the Lord. There is no greater reward than doing what Jesus said and being like Him. After all this is why man was created.
Our children are taught early in life to be selfish even with the birthdays. After the selfish life we live and trouble comes, we ask for help from the Lord, but He may choose not to hear. Let’s take a look at the reward if we believe.
John 14:12-15 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments.
