Northwestern Oklahoma State University
Bailie Gooch of Stroud will participate in commencement ceremonies at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva on Sunday, Dec. 6, in Percefull Fieldhouse.
Gooch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health and sports science education. She will graduate summa cum laude with a grade point average above 3.90.
