The winner of this year’s Central Oklahoma Telephone Co. Directory cover photography contest is Avery Armstrong of Agra, a ninth grade student at Cushing Public Schools. Avery is the daughter of Jennifer Armstrong. For her winning photograph, Avery received a $50 award from COTC.
The contest was open to students in kindergarten through twelfth grade who live or attend school in the COTC Connections Voice over IP town of Chandler and the COTC telephone exchanges of Agra, Boley, Castle, Davenport, Kendrick, Sparks, Stroud, and Tryon.
