Shirley Mae (Rogers) Petricek of McLoud, Okla., was born July 28, 1934, in McLoud and died Monday, March 8, 2021, at the age of 86 years.
Petricek, the daughter of Willie Faye Rogers and Lunell Carnal Rogers, married Orven W. Petricek on October 9, 1953, in Harrah, Okla.
A 1952 graduate of Harrah High School, she worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in Oklahoma City before becoming a full-time homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Harrah.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband and two brothers, Gene Rogers and Robert Rogers.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Maria Petricek of McLoud; two grandsons and a granddaughter; and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Asa Smith Memorial Chapel in Harrah.
Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery in Shawnee, Okla., under the direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service, Harrah.
