Gabriel Paul Eugene Chumley was born to Angelic Shoemaker and Jason Chumley on January 21, 2000, in Oklahoma City. He died Wednesday, February 10, 2021, in Harrah, Okla., at the age of 21 years.
Gabriel was preceded in death by two grandmothers and several great and great-great grandparents.
Survivors include his mother and her spouse Christopher Lake; his father and spouse Amanda Lake; five sisters, Roberta Fields, Kimberly Shoemaker, Adrianna Lake, Lainey Lake and Sierra Lake.
He is also survived by two maternal grandparents, three paternal grandparents and other family and friends.
