Larry Skinner departed this life on September 5, 2023 in Stroud, OK.
Larry was born to Robert and Wanda (Witham) Skinner on May 13, 1944 in Okemah, OK. Larry worked for over 20 years with the City of Stroud. Larry is preceded in death by his parents and twin brother Gary Skinner.
Larry leaves behind his companion Sue Skinner; son Bryan Skinner and wife Rhonda; son David Skinner; grandchildren Scott and Corbin Skinner; brother Mike Skinner; as well as extended family and a host of friends.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Stroud Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel.
