Isaac Wayne Moon was born October 15, 1993 at Claremore Indian Hospital, to Clayton Harney of Wellston, Okla., and the late Frances Moon, of Chandler, Okla.
Isaac attended kindergarten through 12th grade at Wellston Schools where he enjoyed and played several sports including basketball, baseball, and football. To afford his sports equipment, Isaac started a lawn mowing business during the summer months, enabling him to play sports during the school year.
But Isaac’s greatest love was mechanics, a passion he inherited from both his dad and grandpa Harney. Many nights with friends were spent either talking about cars or taking them apart (he would work on almost anything unless it was a Ford). Isaac worked as a mechanic and was already teaching his son Kayden “tricks of the trade.”
Kayden Isaac Wayne Moon, Isaac’s son, was the highlight of his life. By the age of “almost two” Kayden had already spent many days fishing with his dad, watching movies, and working on trucks. Some of Kayden’s first words were “dada,” “vroom-vroom” and “truck.” Isaac was an attentive and loving father and Kayden was his “pride and joy.” Isaac was a proud father and motivated by the love of his son.
Isaac always had a smile on his face. He was a very humble, kind, compassionate and caring soul who would help anyone who needed help. Isaac also had a great sense of humor and those who knew him well will forever remember his many quirky sayings.
Isaac is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jane and Milton Harney; maternal grandparents James and Lois Moon; Uncle Clint Harney; mother Frances Moon; and sister Jamie Harney.
Isaac is survived by his son Kayden Moon; Kayden’s mother, Rhiya Hendley; father Clayton Harney; brother Adrian Moon; sister Gracie Moon; paternal Aunt Laurie Dillon, Uncle Mike Harney, Aunt Cindy Milner; maternal Uncle Jim Moon and Aunt Kathy Moon-LaPlante; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
