Jewel “Dolores” (Jernigan) Fowble was born October 3, 1935, to Calvin Elisha Jernigan and Jewel (Roberts) Jernigan-Smith of Oakalla, TX, and passed away on August 30, 2026.
On March 31, 1951, she married the love of her life, Clarance Dale Fowble. Sr.
Dolores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, three brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her four children and their spouses, nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Agraveside funeral was heldThursday, September 3, 2026, at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Chandler under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
