Binkley “Bink” Edward Clarkson was born October 22, 1957, in Edmond, Okla. He died Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at the age of 62 years.
Clarkson, the son of Carroll Eddie and Paulene Clarkson, married Gail Mueller in 1988.
A graduate of John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City, he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. He retired from Cooper Energy as an engineer.
His father preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother Paulene Clarkson of Chandler; former wife Gail Cain of Oklahoma City; his daughter and sonin-law Lacey and Jimmy Johnson of Oklahoma City; his son Tyler Clarkson of Oklahoma City; his stepdaughter Aimee Di- Maria of Oklahoma City; one granddaughter; and other family and friends.
A funeral service was held Friday, January 24, 2020, in the chapel of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, which handled the final arrangements. Pastor Jordan Serracino officiated the services.
