Nadine Kay Sparks was born March 8, 1952, in Tulsa, Okla. She died Friday, January 17, 2020, in Tulsa at the age of 67 years.
Sparks, the daughter of Ronald Dean Champlain and Dorothy Evelyn (Probis) Champlain-Anthamatten, married James Sparks on August 7, 1970.
Preceding her in death were her parents and her siblings, Sue Lewis, William Champlain, and Raymond Griffis.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years James Sparks of the home; her daughter and son-in-law, Jamie and Clayton Smith; her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Brandi Sparks; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her siblings and their spouses, Ronald and Cuba Champlain, Edna and Roy Murray, and Stella and Craig Carroll; and other family and friends.
No formal services have been announced. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
