Memorial services will be held for Paige Carrie Wright of Cushing, Okla., at 2 p.m., Monday, February 17, 2020, at First Baptist Church of Stroud. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
Wright was born to Dewey and Emma Smith on June 29, 1959, in Poteau, Okla. She died Sunday, February 2, 2020, at the age of 60 years.
She earned degrees from both Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif., and California State University of Fullerton. Among the multiple careers she had were schoolteacher, college professor, and most recently, employment placement coordinator. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Stroud.
Survivors include her parents; her husband Carson Wright; her children, Hannah Harder-Chancellor, Timothy Harder, and Carrie Beckwith; her siblings, Keith Smith and Kirk Smith; several grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
