A memorial service was held for Richard L. Weast on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at the Agra Senior Citizens Center.
Weast, formerly of Rockford, Ill., died Saturday, July 11, 2020, at the age of 77 years.
After the death of his first wife Patricia Geisinger Weast in 2013, he married Irene V. Weast in 2015.
He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and retired from Genisys Corporation in California. After moving to Agra, he was a truck driver and Agra Public Schools’ bus driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Lillian Weast and his sister Susan Georgian.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Cameron and Stephanie Weast of Wichita, Kan.; his daughter Sandra Gathings of Noel, Mo.; his brother Gordon Weast and wife Sue Tokay; one grandson; and other relatives and friends.
