Loved by many, Thomas H. “Pat” Patterson, age 89, of Cushing, Okla., died peacefully in his home on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Born in Reading, Ohio to John and Marjorie Patterson, he was one of the oldest of 15 brothers and sisters.
Pat was preceded in death by his second wife, Wanda, first wife, Hazel, and daughter, Debbie from his first marriage.
Pat is survived by his wife, Sandra, and step-children, David, Dana, Dillon, and DeAnna Maddox; his three children, Thomas Howard, Ricky Dean, and Vickie Helene from his second marriage; his four children, John Thomas, Phyllis Lynn, and Mike from his first marriage. Pat also leaves behind 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Pat served four years in the United States Air Force at Vance Air Force Base before beginning his 55-year career as a truck driver. Through his life, Pat was an avid boater and water skier. He also loved sports, whether it was playing, coaching, or watching in his recliner. Pat was known and adored for his pride, humor, and orneriness. His big heart and even bigger personality will be forever missed.
Pat has requested no memorial service to be held. His ashes will be committed in parts of Montana, Wyoming and Ohio.
