Virginia Ann (Hipsley) Pepper of Chandler was born June 15, 1953. She died Friday, May 1, 2020 in Oklahoma City after a lengthy battle with Covid-19. She was 66 years old.
Pepper, the daughter of Dale and Leone (Dickson) Hipsley, married Thomas “Tom” J. Pepper on November 12, 1971.
A 1971 graduate of John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City, she retired after 28 years of working for Walmart.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her brother Warren Hipsley and her son Thomas “Tom” Anthony Pepper.
Survivors include her husband; one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Craig Young; five grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Terry Pepper; and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
