Stroud, Wellston, Davenport receive Rt. 66 Grants

Three more towns in Lincoln County have received grants from the Route 66 Commission for improvements before the Route 66 Centennial in 2026. Stroud was awarded $999,600, Wellston received $792,506, and Davenport was awarded $395,500, according to the Commission.

Bench warrant issued for Chandler woman for $25,000

By Mike McCormick Staff Writer A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Chandler woman who failed to make her court appearance and an arraignment has been scheduled for a man facing the same charges.
