A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Stroud man who faces two felonies.Sahlamon Marquis David Godwin was formally charged in Lincoln County District on April 9 this year with second degree burglary and larceny of automobile, aircraft or other motor vehicle.

A Stroud man who admitted he and another individual were inside a building when it went up in flames last October has been charged with burglary.Formal charges of second degree burglary were filed in Lincoln County District Court March 26 against Joshua Dylan Standley, 33.

A defendant facing two first degree rape charges has pleaded not guilty and has waived a speedy trial.Two felony charges of first degree rape with a victim under 14 were filed in Lincoln County District Court Jan. 24, 2023 against Dakota Shane Murch, 44.
