Zonelle Rainbolt, executive editor of Wesner Publications, took office as president of the Oklahoma Press Association July 1. OPA members elected Rainbolt during the annual business meeting at the June 10-11 OPA Convention in Oklahoma City.

Wellston awarded AARP grant

AARP Oklahoma announced the town of Wellston is one of four Oklahoma organizations that will receive a 2022 Community Challenge grant. These organizations are part of the largest group of grantees to date, with $3.4 million awarded among 260 organizations nationwide.
