Volunteering opportunities

I’ve addressed this topic previously. It’s been a while, though, since I talked about it and I really think it’s one that’s overlooked. Too many people don’t realize how important volunteerism is to our communities.

Sleep study

Back when the earth was young, I could go to sleep in less than a minute in almost any environment. During Army basic training, for example, we would take occasional 10-minute breaks during long marches.
