Chandler senior Emmerson Snovel was among 141 students honored with the Arts Excellence Award on April 23. Snovel won the award in the Drama/ Theatre category and received it at a ceremony on Tuesday.

The Stroud Lady Tigers and Pott County powers North Rock and Dale made it to the slow-pitch state tournament at Hall of Fame Stadium Tuesday. The tournaments were still going on when we had to send the Lincoln County News to the press Tuesday night.
