Prague assistant chief, wife arrested

The Assistant Police Chief of Prague and his wife have been arrested on numerous counts of child sexual abuse and physical abuse.Jeffrey Louis Frisbie, 55, longtime Prague police officer and his wife Kimberly Ann Frisbie, 50, were taken into custody and taken to the Lincoln County jail.
