Ambulance question to be on ballot

Lincoln County commissioners this week voted unanimously to call for an election to establish an Emergency Medical Service District composed of all of Lincoln County.The election will be held on Nov. 5 to coincide with this year’s General Election.

A line of teenagers stood along the edge of the field, watching four teens square off with a man, loud tapping filling the air. The man counted out, and they were moving, their steps almost even and on beat.
