AgraHighSchoolhasannounced the valedictorians and salutatorians for the graduating Class of 2026. Rylie Pendergraff and Julia Olson were named valedictorian, while Gage Olson was named salutatorian.
Rylie Pendergraff, Valedictorian
Rylie Pendergraff is the daughter of Justin and Hannah PendergraffandAshley andTyson Story. She has attended AgraPublicSchools since pre-K.
Rylie has a 4.06 GPA and was in the Top 10 in Conference Academic Team. She was also the eighth-grade valedictorian and All-Conference for slowpitch softball in 2025.
Rylie’s clubs and organizations includetheacademic team, yearbook, Family, Career and Community Leaders of American (FCCLA), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Junior High National Honor Society and high school choir.
She has drawn holiday artwork for theAgra Senior Citizen Center and volunteered at the Agra After School program.
After graduation, Rylie plans to attend UCO and major in forensic science. She wants to work with investigators to help solve crimes. In the far future, she hopes to get married and become an art teacher, before finally retiring and being rich.
Julia Grace Olson, Valedictorian Julia Grace Olson is the daughter of Mike and Sheana Olson.Shehasattended Agra Public Schools since the third grade.
Julia has a 4.05 GPA and made the Dean’s List at Seminole State College for her first semester (and hopefully the second).
She has played fastpitch softball for eight years, earning Best Defensive Player(twotimes),Nothing less than 100% and Most Improved. In basketball, she has received Best Defensive Player (two times), Most Universal Player, Most Improved, The Whatever It Takes and the Bearcat Award. In slowpitch, she’s received Best Defensive Player, Nothing Less Than 100%, Most Improved and Heartland All-Conference. She’s also received Athlete Academic All-Conference for 4.0 GPAAchievement and a Superior rating in Choir Ensemble.
Julia’s clubs and organizations include Guthrie Recreational Softball, Cushing Recreational Softball and Soccer and score keeper for the academic team.
She’s volunteered at the nursing home and Special Olympics.
After graduation, Julia says, as the world continues to change, she feels a growing pull to serve others in a meaningful way. She plans to pursue emergency management in college while working to become a paramedic. She wants to be someone people can rely on in their hardest moments and is committed to preparing herself to make a real difference when it matters.
Gage Stephen Olson, Salutatorian
Gage Stephen Olson is the son of Mike and Sheana Olson and has attended Agra Public Schools since third grade.
He has a 3.82 GPA and received the Weokie Foundation Scholarship. He also made the Dean’s List at Seminole State College during his first semester (and hopefully the second), as well as completing Pre-Nursing at Meridian Technology Center. He has also received Superior ratings for Choir Ensemble, the Top 10 Science Score on academic team and the Outstanding Reading Award.
Gage’s clubs and organizations include Cushing Recreational Baseball and Soccer.
He’s also volunteered at the local nursing home.
Gage has a deep respect for his elders and for those who have served our country. As such, he plans to continue working with the geriatric population while pursuing a degree and becoming a nurse practitioner. Hesaiditwouldbeanhonor to provide care for veterans.
