Lincoln County commissioners this week approved raises for 911 Co-supervisors, entered into a joint discussion with the 911 Trust Authority Board and opened bids for the Lincoln County Fair Barn reroof.
They also appointed the seventh member to the 522 Ambulance District Board. Commissioners entered into a joint discussion with the 911 Trust Authority Board and took no action regarding contract negotiations for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
However, on a separate agenda item, they did vote to approve raises for the 911 Co-Supervisors.
The commissioners appointed Angelia Sylsberry as the seventh member to the 522 Ambulance Service Board.
On the reroof project of the County Fair Barn, three bids were referred to the County Fair Board which to meet Tuesday night and review those bids, then submit them back to the county commissioners for their possible approval at next Monday’s regularly scheduled commissioners meeting.
In other business, commissioners: Approved lease agreements with CL Boyd for graders in District 1 and 2. Approved a Turn Key Health Amendment for Medical and Mental Health Services in the jail.
Approved the Sheriff’s Office to apply for the 2025 Assistance Grant. Approved Offender Data Information System (OIDS) Service Level Agreement. Voted to approve a lease agreement with AJA Management Co., LLC for rental building for Gateway to Prevention and Recovery.
Approved the Treasurer’s Office to start bid process on county property. Approved the Title Sheets for a bridge in District 1. Approved a donation resolution for District 2. Approved an agreement between Falco Alarm and the Health Department. Met as the Lincoln County Educational Facilities Authority and adopted the resolution renewing the sublease agreement dated Dec. 1, 2016.
Approved a change order for the OSU Extension Building Project. Approved a bid with Diamondback for remodel of an Annex building west of the courthoue.
Renewed an award for a quote from the vending machine companies. Approved an interlocal agreement with Pottawatomie County. Approved a property and liability quote and adopted a resolution with the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma (ACCO).
Approved a Worker’s Compensation quote and resolution with ACCO.
