Terry Lee Mullendore was born July 3, 1955, to Melvin and Louise (Miliken) Mullendore. He passed away May 24, 2025, at his home in Wellston at the age of 69.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his brother and best friend, along with other family and friends.
A funeral was held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Lehman Funeral Home, and interment followed at Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
