Students attend AFR summit

Three students from Chandler recently attended the 2026 American Farmers and Ranchers Youth Leadership Summit that ran from July to August, according to an AFR press release.

Voters to decide two state questions in August

Principal booked for lewd indecent, acts

ShermanAllen Bellmyer was booked into the Lincoln County Jail on Aug. 9 at around 11:16 p.m. for one charge of lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Jail Report.

Commissioners approve funds for EM building
