Monday, May 1

Ofc. James Wells responded to a retail business on 1st Street for a reported shoplifter. Ofc. Wells made contact with the suspect and retrieved the stolen item. Ofc. Wells told the suspect that he was trespassed from the business.

Ofc. Brent Berry responded to Walmart for a hit and run in the parking lot. One of the drivers was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident.

Wednesday, May 3

Ofc. James Wells took a theft report at a residence on 8th Street.

Ofc. Wells responded to a business on Manvel for a person in need of treatment for a mental health issue.

Friday, May 5

Lt. Dax Phipps was advised by Chandler dispatch about a hit and run accident that had occurred on 1st Street. Brandon Darrell Gordon was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
