David Michael Sedlacek of Prague, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024, in Shawnee at the age of 81. David was born on Tuesday, April 13, 1943, to Emil and Carrie (Janota) Sedlacek in Prague, OK.
David was preceded in death by his wife, his sister, his parents and his grandson in-law.
He is survived by his son, daughter, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, a sister, a brotherin- law, two cats, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
