Barbara Ann Foster, a beloved matriarch, community leader, and storyteller, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024. Born on February 6, 1944, in Chandler, Oklahoma, Barbara lived a life full of love, laughter, and purpose.
Barbara is survived by her two sons, eight grandchildren, and a host of cousins who will carry forward her memory and legacy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joel, and her daughter, Annette, whom she now rejoins.
Acelebration of Barbara’s life was held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Lehman Funeral Home. The family requests memorial contributions be made in her honor to an organization of your choice. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
