Caitlyn Marie Bookout passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
Caitlyn was born on Tuesday, September 5, 2000, in Cushing, Oklahoma, to Jamie (Byrd) Pittman and Benjmain Freeze.
Caitlyn was preceded in death by her two grandmothers.
Caitlyn is survived by her husband, her mother and her husband, her father, two brothers, her grandparents, another grandfather and her great grandmother. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Family will be holding services at a later date.
