JillianFrankandKennedy Allen have been selected as Rotarians of the Month for April by the Chandler Rotary Club.
Jillian Frank is the daughter of Deidra McMillan and Nick McMillan, and Puddin Frank and Stephanie Frank. Ever since kindergarten, she has been attending Chandler Public Schools. She is a dedicated and accomplished senior at Chandler High School, set to graduate in 2026.
Academically, Frank maintains a 3.71 GPA and ranks 27th out of 82 students. Their commitment to learning is evident through advanced coursework, including two years of advanced English and concurrent enrollment in college-level classes such as US _Federal Government,AmericanHistory Since 1877, College Algebra, Introduction to Psychology, and this semester she is enrolled in English Composition II.
Throughout high school, Frank has been deeply involved in FFA, participating in a wide range of events, competitions, leadership conferences, speech contests and stock shows. As well as holding three different officer positions in the chapter: Secretary, Reporter, and presently Treasurer. She has attended numerous leadership conferences such as Lead 360, Made For Excellence, Alumni Camp, and AFR Communications Conference. She has received numerous awards and honors throughout her years of dedication to this organization.
Community service is a cornerstone of Frank’s high school journey. She has contributed to projects such as the Lions Club, Park Road Middle School, East Side Elementary School, Fire Hydrant Cleanups, Canned Food Drives, and volunteering at the Regional FoodBank,alongwithmany other events.
In addition to the FFA, Frank is actively involved in other organizations such as Positive Peers and Chandler Friends Church.
Looking ahead, Frank plans to attend Oklahoma State University to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Education. This goal is driven by a desire to serve others, promote the opportunities available through FFA, and expand understanding of agriculture within the community and beyond.
Kennedy Allen is the daughter of Chaz and Erin Allen.
Shehasbeencommittedto both academic and athletic excellence throughout high school, earning a place on the Honor Roll all four years and being inducted into the National Honor Society.
Alongside academics, Allen has been actively involved in school organizations, including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Positive Peers, and Postponing Sexual Involvement (PSI).
In fastpitch softball, she has received numerous honors, including OSSAA All-State, two-time Daily Oklahoman All-State First Team, three-time All-District Player of the Year, three-time 66 Conference MVP, and two-time Little All-City Player of the Year.
After graduation, Allen plans to continue her academic and athletic career at Oklahoma State University, where she will play softball while pursuing a degree in Business Entrepreneurship.
