Beulah Mae Stiner Jones Phipps, a longtime Chandler resident, passed away peacefully in her sleep onMay15,2026,atthe ageof92.Shewasborn in 1933 near Stroud, Oklahoma, to Annetta Bell Stults and John Harrison Stiner.
Beulah is survived by her three daughters, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous niecesandnephews.Shewasprecededindeath by a son, both husbands and all her siblings.As the last of her generation, she leaves behind a large and loving family who will cherish her memory. A funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Presbyterian Church in Chandler, followed by interment at the Stroud Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
